The Edit
All my shooting is complete, I now have the opening scenes of Dexter walking and putting on his gloves. I also captured his voice-over using the mic on camera. Now, I am putting together a rough edit of the shots and making a note on what sounds I need, ie. street noise, cars driving past, distant church bells or sirens, footsteps. Once a rough edit is complete, I'm going to go and build the soundtrack with a music technology student.
